WHAT A CRANIOSACRAL TECHNIQUE SESSION IS LIKE:
On a stretcher and in comfortable clothes. Gentle massage for deep problems. Life expresses itself as movement. The technique is based on applying very small pressures on the bones of the skull, as it is one of the structures that will allow everything that surrounds it to “breathe“. It also includes supporting or flexing certain structures such as the head, arm, leg, etc., helping in the unknotting of the tissues that are in compression. Facilitating that the matrix of life expresses itself freely and that its imprint is manifested through the self-organised forces of the organism. Harmonisation takes place from the inside out.
