WHAT IS A SHIATSU MASSAGE SESSION LIKE?
Shiatsu massage (Japanese massage) is performed on a futon of 1,6×2,0m, without oils and with comfortable clothes. The client adopts different positions (lying down, sideways and sitting). And the practitioner, with one hand listens to the body and with the other, executes the pressures and actions on the energy points of Traditional Chinese Medicine. An atmosphere of trust and safety. HARA approach: pressure adaptable to the client’s needs. Thus, the relaxing and liberating effect is felt immediately. Clients, at the end, say that they feel physically lighter and that they feel as if they are “floating”. If you prefer, you can incorporate OILS and make it DELUXE.
