A path of Balance and Harmony
I have always been inspired by my maternal grandmother, a very balanced and empowered woman. Her wisdom and strength guided me from a young age, awakening in me a deep interest in the spiritual world.
My healing process really began when I moved to Santo Domingo. There, I had my first contact with natural therapies and Chinese medicine. This transformative encounter led me to become a volunteer in an association dedicated to helping people through natural therapies.
One day, reading an article about Ayurveda, I was fascinated by this ancient science. A year later, I was in Barcelona, at the International School of Ayurveda, studying all the different Ayurveda massages. There, I immersed myself in a rigorous syllabus covering all the different Ayurvedic massages and treatments. I learnt techniques such as Abhyanga, a holistic massage with medicated oils that seeks to balance the doshas, and Shirodhara, which involves the continuous pouring of oil on the forehead to calm the mind and reduce stress. Champi. These practices not only transformed my understanding of the human body, but also my approach to holistic healing and balancing
Subsequently, I travelled to Italy, where I participated in several workshops in Reiki, Thai Massage and other therapeutic techniques. In 2013, I attended a yoga class that had a profound impact on me. That same year, I started my Yoga teacher training at the Sadhana school in Seville.
Today, I combine my two great passions: Yoga and Ayurveda. My mission is that energy flows harmoniously in each person I treat, promoting balance and holistic health.
My philosophy is based on two words: Balance and Harmony. These qualities guide my life and my therapeutic approach. My goal is to continue to learn and grow in the field of Ayurveda and Yoga, helping more people to find balance and harmony in their lives. I aspire to create a positive energetic flow that promotes holistic health and well-being.
