Constantly Evolving

Although I have been interested in the world of massage since I was a child, I have been officially involved in it since 1997. Already in my childhood, my hands would go out to touch when someone in my family said that something hurt. My maternal grandmother, who lived with us and who influenced me so much, always did it with me.
When I was just 18 years old, I took a course in chiromassage. And that has marked my path in this life, because although for many years it was an exciting activity for me, I interspersed it with my work as a nurse and physical education teacher.
Another of my great passions has been sport. My life has always been, in one way or another, linked to sport. I was a handball player from 1988 to 2002.
Since 2005 I decided to focus on the world of massage completely. I worked as a chiromassage and physiotherapy technician for 5 years in a rehabilitation centre in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. At that time I had already completed my training in Osteopathy.
After a hard personal bump in the road, the oriental philosophy and its way of understanding health, its way of understanding life, came to me. I trained in some oriental energetic methods and in emotional intelligence. Meditation, yoga, contact with nature and silence were my companions from that moment on, and they continue to be faithful companions in all facets of my life.
I have taught Chiromassage and Osteopathy. I feel very happy to be able to dedicate myself to my work. For having listened to my inner voice and letting it guide me on this path, where I can continue to help myself, helping other people.
